Atul Juvle is a seasoned expert in governance, regulatory affairs, risk management, compliance, and legal domains. With over 23 years of leadership experience across top-tier companies such as TATA International, OTIS Elevator, HDFC Life, GODREJ Agrovet, and Schindler India, he has held influential roles shaping corporate strategies. Currently serving as Independent Director and Consulting General Counsel, Atul’s notable contributions extend to Arcellor Mittal-Nippon Steel Group (2023-2028) and as an Advisory Board Member at IBS Business School (2021-2024).
He is recognized for his ethics and governance leadership, having earned accolades like the Forbes India Legitquest accredited India GC (2020-2023) and Ethics Champion awards by EY-ACFE (2019, 2021). A TEDx speaker on leadership, he is also deeply involved in education through the Alfred N Schindler Foundation for Children’s Education (2017-2024). His diverse qualifications include degrees in commerce, law, financial management, arbitration, and certifications as a fraud examiner and mediator.
