About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Growth Marketing Assistant Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, marketing automation, and data analytics, with the ability to blend creativity and analytical thinking to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & SEO:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and traffic.
  • Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to track performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Paid Marketing & Growth Campaigns:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Execute A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics to make data-backed decisions for scaling campaigns.

Marketing Automation & CRM:

  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and retention.
  • Oversee marketing automation workflows using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Segment audiences and personalize communication to improve engagement and conversion.

Content & Event Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the content team for content syndication, blogs, and landing pages optimized for SEO and conversions.
  • Plan and promote webinars, virtual events, and lead generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on all marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor key growth metrics — traffic, leads, CAC, and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, etc.).
  • Understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
