Contractor Labour Compliance

The Contractor Labour Compliance service is designed to ensure that a registered certificate is procured under the Contract Labour Act for all the labours employed for a company. The service is developed for ensuring timely and correct payment of minimum wage, bonus, leave wages, maintenance of records, registers, forms & notices under various legislations for contract workers and labours serving an organization.

Under the contractor labour compliance Act, a person can be employed or hired to work in a company through a contractor for specific work and a finite period. The labours contracted by the contractors are not recruited directly by the companies, and they are not entitled to a particular payroll.
